Managers

Our Managers exhibit the same deep personal commitment that reflect our high standards.  They take pride in demonstrating their dedication to ClaimAid and that those we serve—whether it’s hospitals, patients and their families or schools.  Our Managers are:

Kathy Roberts, Vice President

With over 36 years experience in many facets of the health care industry, I joined ClaimAid in 1990.  Always an advocate, I’ve always loved helping individuals and/or families get much needed medical coverage.

Some people are so intimidated by the whole process or have had a bad experience that they don’t know where to start.  I love being able to take them by the hand and navigate them through the process. I also enjoy working with our staff members who care as much as I do about the people we serve.  Meeting and getting to know staff members at our client facilities is a blessing.  I find I learn something new everyday which is a good thing.

Everyone here has the same philosophy—we are here to serve our clients and to help as many patients as we can receive as much medical coverage as possible.  Many of us have been here for a long time, and we have shared many things: babies, weddings, cancer of staff members, death of staff and death of parents. This has made us all close to each other, and we truly care for each other.  I truly believe that our principles speak for us all and say who we are as people and as a company.

Betty Fagg, Eligibility Manager

I joined ClaimAid in 2009 after working at the FSSA.  While working at FSSA, I thought it would be nice to be able to help the clients.  When I saw a job posted by ClaimAid, I looked into their history and could tell they cared about their employees and their clients, and I wanted to be a part of that.

One of my favorite things about working at ClaimAid is the respect and compassion they have for their employees.  I am currently an Eligibility Manager serving clients throughout Indiana.  I have an Associates Degree in Accounting.

Diane Fugate, Eligibility Manager

I have been working with ClaimAid since 2013.  I had previously worked at the FSSA for five years with the last two years spent in the Hearings and Appeals unit.  I joined ClaimAid because I loved the Christian values that they talked about, and I saw an opportunity to grow in this company.  I truly found that they follow their values.  My co-workers are the best that I have ever worked with.  They truly care about the people that we serve.  We strive to do the best we can for our clients and their patients.

I am an Eligibility Manager and assist with several different facilities.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Indiana University.  I am a pre-school Sunday School Teacher.  I enjoy singing with my church’s choir and two small ensembles.  I participate as a member of the church’s music worship team.  I am a Board Member, Secretary of the Board, and Chair of the Grant Committee for Handicapable Camp.  This is a camp for teens and adults with all types of physical, mental, and emotional disabilities that is held each year.

I have been married to my wonderful and understanding husband for 36 years.  We have four talented and accomplished children.

Debbie Nobbe, ClaimAid Self-Pay Solutions Manager

I began working at ClaimAid in 2006 because I was looking for a career involving public service.  I am currently the Manager of ClaimAid Self-Pay Solutions located at the corporate office in Indianapolis.  I’ve been involved since the inception of the department in 2009 and have enjoyed watching it grow.

My favorite thing about working at ClaimAid is the very caring and compassionate group of co-workers we have.  Everyone takes the time to listen and be involved.

I attended Indiana Central University and earned a PCS Certification.  I enjoy doing charitable knitting; making hats and mittens to donate along with the coat drives.

Todd Redfern, Eligibility Manager
