[Indianapolis, IN] – ClaimAid, a leading provider of Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) and Health Insurance Marketplace services for hospitals and other provider partners, patients and their families, is excited to name Nemramy D’Agostino as their new Eligibility Manager.

As Eligibility Manager, D’Agostino’s responsibilities will range from directing and evaluating assigned Patient Resource Advocates, to preparing and conducting training programs, creating and implementing measurement tools to assist in direct reporting, and developing standardized operating procedures for Eligibility staff.

“My goal is to help the community have meaningful access to healthcare, assist with health literacy so each individual can better understand and navigate their options, and empower our community to be proactive about their health. This new and exciting role will allow me to share my knowledge and exercise my passions, while having the opportunity to learn new areas of the healthcare industry each day,” said D’Agostino.

D’Agostino has over 30 years of experience in health-related industries. Most recently, she served as a Bilingual Outreach Enrollment Specialist, helping patients in Indiana find and enroll into affordable health insurance coverage programs. D’Agostino graduated from Indiana University-Kokomo in 2009 with a general studies degree and concentration in science and mathematics. She is a certified Indiana Navigator by the Indiana Department of Insurance and is a retired U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman/Fleet Marine Force first class (E6).
