I joined the ClaimAid team in 2015 as a Patient Advocate and have always enjoyed helping others. Since joining the management team in 2019, it has been a real pleasure to be a servant leader to my team and support all of our staff. It is a joy to be in the field and working directly with individuals in need of health coverage.

One of my favorite things about working at ClaimAid, is the genuine team mentality shared by all of our staff. It truly makes all of us better people when we can support each other in our daily mission to serve others.

I started working in the health care industry in 2013. I first became familiar with ClaimAid at an IPHCA Conference and joined their team in 2016. As a manager, I enjoy traveling to meet and assist new people.

I graduated from Indiana University with a General Studies Degree with concentration in Science and Mathematics. I served in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman/Fleet Marine Force first class (E6). I volunteer with the United Way on several projects during the summer and love gardening and camping.

I joined ClaimAid in 2009 after working at the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA).  While working at FSSA, I thought it would be nice to be able to help the clients. When I saw a job posted by ClaimAid, I looked into their history and could tell they cared about their employees and their clients, and I wanted to be a part of that.

One of my favorite things about working at ClaimAid is the respect and compassion they have for their employees. I am currently an Eligibility Manager serving clients throughout Indiana. I have an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.

I have been working with ClaimAid since 2013. I previously worked at the Family and Social SservicesAadministration (FSSA) for five years with the last two years spent in the Hearings and Appeals Unit. I joined ClaimAid because I loved the Christian values that they talked about, and I saw an opportunity to grow in this company.  I can truly say that they follow their values.  My co-workers are the best that I have ever worked with they truly care about the people that we serve. We strive to do the best we can for our clients and their patients.

I am an Eligibility Manager and assist with several different facilities. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Indiana University. I am a pre-school Sunday School Teacher and enjoy singing with my church’s choir and two small ensembles.  I participate as a member of the church’s music worship team. I am a Board Member, Secretary of the Board, and Chair of the Grant Committee for Handicapable Camp a yearly camp for teens and adults with all types of physical, mental, and emotional disabilities.

I have been married to my wonderful and understanding husband for 36 years. We have four talented and accomplished children.

When I joined the ClaimAid team in 2017 as a Patient Advocate, I quickly learned that the principles ClaimAid follows are more than just words — they are daily actions. As a member of the management team, I am proud to serve individuals and supported advocates throughout their journey.

At ClaimAid I’m able to experience the compassion and empathy of co-workers daily, and that is my favorite part of my job. We frequently meet patients in crisis, and for a moment, we can give them peace of mind. It is an honor to be part of these moments.

ClaimAid Self-Pay Solutions Manager

I began working at ClaimAid in 2006 because I was looking for a career involving public service. I am currently the Manager of ClaimAid Self-Pay Solutions located at the corporate office in Indianapolis. I’ve been involved since the inception of the department in 2009 and have enjoyed watching it grow.

My favorite thing about working at ClaimAid is the very caring and compassionate group of co-workers i have. Everyone takes the time to listen and be involved.

I attended Indiana Central University and earned a PCS Certification. I enjoy doing charitable knitting; making hats and mittens to donate along with the coat drives.
