This year, we will again have a designated call center line for Assisters. This line will allow Assisters to bypass the regular call center line.
A new features this year allows assisters to select specific topics for assistance. The selections include an option to access customer service representatives who are specifically trained to assist with password resets. Assisters will also have an option to receive help for consumers who are applying for certain types of Special Enrollment Periods (SEP) that cannot be accessed through the online application.
The special assister line phone number for ClaimAid is: 855-879-2683 and you can begin using this number immediately.
The unique code for your organization is: 800-842-4052.
The Call Center will be tracking the topics assisters request assistance with through the designated assister line. We encourage assisters to use the assister line when working with consumers not only to receive enhanced service, but also in order to enable the Call Center to better monitor and meet assisters’ needs.
